Infrastructure
Primary and backup systems run on EU-based providers with encrypted disks and restricted access. Logs replicate to secure cold storage.
Retention windows
Account details remain while the profile is active. Audit logs stay as long as the save exists to preserve integrity. Support tickets are purged after resolution unless law requires otherwise.
Third parties
We use only providers needed to operate F1 Game EU (hosting, email, analytics). They receive the minimum information required for their task.
Security posture
All mutations pass through the same audit system the admin suite uses. We monitor for anomalies, failed logins, and abuse patterns.
EU focus
Data is processed under EU privacy regulations. If cross-border transfers are needed, they follow standard contractual clauses.

Access, portability, and deletion

Portability
We can export season saves, driver rosters, and configuration data in structured formats upon request.
Deletion
Account deletion removes access credentials and support tickets. Audit logs tied to active championship results may be anonymized instead of purged.
